| The moment is here: on Tuesday 6 October the door opens. | |
| It should have been 19 September. That was in our previous letter, and we did not make it. One setback followed another, topped off by a water leak. And there you are, with your countdown clock. We used the extra weeks to get the finishing touches right. | |
| There will be no special opening event. Sadly there is no time for a reception or shaking hands, even though we know how warmly you would have come to congratulate us. We will be in the kitchen and waiting tables. So do book a table, and together we will turn it into one big party. | |

| We expect it to be busy at first. You help us enormously by booking, preferably a day or two before you come. There are three ways to do that: | |

| We always confirm your table personally. | |
| When are we open? | |
| Tuesday to Saturday, from 17:00 to 23:00. The kitchen closes at 22:00. We are closed on Sunday and Monday. | |
| Where to find us | |
| On the first floor of the Cita Shopping Center in Playa del Inglés. Many people know Café de Hut there: we are right next to it. At the side of de Hut and at the back of the Hotspot, you could say. Take a stroll around the first floor and you will find us in no time. | |
| Look closely, because the lettering and the logo are not up yet. We first took care of a beautiful interior and a kitchen we can cook well in. The signs will follow later. | |
